How We Work Together
Therapy is collaborative, steady, and safe.
You bring your story, your pace, and your questions. I bring training, experience, and steady presence. Together, we explore early attachment wounds, depression, burnout, grief, identity, and relational patterns.
We may use mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided imagery, or parts work when it feels helpful. I also offer sex- and SW-positive care, grounded in respect for bodily autonomy.
This work can be deep. It can also feel clarifying and relieving. Over time, many people notice they feel more regulated, more self-aware, and less alone with what they carry.
A Map of the Journey
-

The Connection (Meet & Greet)
A 20-minute video consultation.
This is a relaxed, low-pressure space for us to meet, talk about your needs, and notice whether our energies and goals align.
I’ll share a brief overview of my background and approach, and you’ll be invited to tell me about yourself and what you’re seeking.
• Investment: No cost.
-

The Opening (First Sessions)
Getting to know your landscape.
In our first few hours together, we’ll gently map out the terrains you are currently navigating and the patterns that shape them.
We’ll explore what your life looks like now—how your days feel, the roles you play, and the rhythms that matter.
You’ll be invited to share your likes, interests, and passions, as well as the important people and relationships that influence your experience.
-

Walking the Path (Ongoing Counselling)
This is the core work.
Each session builds on the last as I learn your story and strengths.
I’ll share patterns or insights I notice. At the start of each session you can say any topic you want to focus on.
We use tools like storytelling, ritual, guided meditation, active imagination, and somatic work to move from survival toward freedom.
Every interaction is an invitation to take what helps and leave the rest.

Embracing the Unknown: Following the "cracks" in the path to discover who you are before the world told you who not to be.
