For Practitioners

Holding Space for Those Who Hold Space

If you are a therapist, frontline advocate, social worker, youth care practitioner, or community medicine carrier, you know that this work carries a unique kind of weight. Systemic pressures, institutional demands, and the sheer volume of collective grief can make community care feel overwhelmingβ€”often leading to quiet depletion and burnout.

I offer reflective space-holding, peer case consultation, and decolonial framework guidance grounded in a decade of frontline community experience and depth-oriented clinical practice.

This is a collaborative, non-surveillant container designed to help you navigate the heavy landscape of community care without absorbing it as personal burnout.

What We Can Explore Together

  • Decolonial & Anti-Oppressive Practice: Unlearning rigid institutional norms, integrating Two-Eyed Seeing into your clinical practice, and navigating complex systemic dynamics with integrity.

  • Non-Surveillant Collaboration: A safe, non-hierarchical space free from clinical gatekeeping or performance, where you can speak candidly about the real challenges of your work.

  • Sustainable Care & Burnout Prevention: Reflective inquiry and boundary work to help you hold deep space for others without absorbing community grief and trauma into your own nervous system.

  • Complex Relational Reflection: A thoughtful sounding board for navigating challenging client dynamics, systemic barriers, and ethical dilemmas through a trauma-informed, relational lens.

Scope & Practicum Supervision Notice

πŸ›‘ Important Boundary Note on Scope & Practicum Supervision

While there are currently no official regulatory requirements for clinical supervision in our region, I am not a clinical supervisor.

This container is designed for peer-level reflection, decolonial mentorship, and personal sustainability in care. I do not offer formal clinical supervision, nor can I sign off on clinical hours, practicum evaluations, or official paperwork for student counsellors.
